We believe having a strong and cohesive group of Nursing staff provides excellent patient care and is integral to the delivery of good outcomes.

In addition, our nurses have been entrusted with providing routine health care to help you and your Doctor. You may be asked by the nurse into a room to routinely measure your BP or BMI, update your family health history and discuss screening for important health problems as recommended by national health authorities. This also allows you to make the most of your time with the Doctor, by focusing on your most important concerns. Just like your doctors, the nurses are trained to work in General Practice and are expected to participate in continuing professional development every year to maintain their skill set.

Administrative Support Staff

Our staff endeavor to produce a warm and welcoming environment, shaped by clinical excellence and outstanding customer service. We embrace teamwork at our practice and all work together to provide an accurate service our patients can rely on.

Practice Management

Wendy commenced her career in the healthcare industry as a nurse within small rural hospitals throughout SA and from this experience gained a strong and inherent passion to help others and be deeply empathetic to people. Now, she endeavors to embed these personal qualities to deliver quality support and services that are culturally inclusive and safe for all in the Coorong and Mallee regions. Having been raised in the area, growing a family, and working the land she understands rural people and their unique needs. This is all underpinned by her passion, reliability, and theoretical understanding of concepts gained through my tertiary studies and employment in the local government and healthcare industries.

Wendy’s varied lived experiences, make her a strong representative and advocate for rural women and their families. She brings this experience into decision-making and recommendations to ensure service delivery reflects the needs of the people she lives and works with. This unique perspective is paramount to also ensuring services based in metropolitan areas are rural community-focused, which she believes is sometimes overlooked but critical to ensuring the provision of quality, responsive healthcare support to all.

Wendy meets and welcomes any new challenge and is well respected amongst colleagues.  She is confident in her ability to be solution-focused and applies passion to implement and bring people along with her decisions.  With a very positive work ethic and excellent communication skills she prides herself on the ability to service people effectively, and with integrity and always exceeds organizations service excellence standards.

Becoming a leader within the healthcare sector in South Australia is the most integral component of her career and where she is at her best as a professional.  As a Practice Manager of a General Practitioner Surgery and Business Consultant to other sites, Wendy has managed and mentored staff of various positions, striving to inspire and lead
