Sam is a qualified and registered Physiotherapist (BHlthSc, MPT) with over six years of experience in sports and musculoskeletal private practice. Sam delivers client-centred, evidence-based care with a holistic approach, tailored to individual needs and readiness for change. He is known for strong communication, community-building, and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams - particularly in a workplace & return to work context.
Sam is a dedicated father and active member of his local community, competing in adventure racing and ultra-endurance sports across Murray Bridge, South Australia, and nationally. He brings the same mindset of resilience, connection, growth, and purpose to both his personal and professional life.

Professional Profile
Brendan is a registered podiatrist who graduated from the University of South Australia in 2002. He has a wide range of experience having previously worked for Country Health SA and the National Health Service in the United Kingdom and currently works as a Lecturer with the University of South Australia Podiatry program combining his clinical skills and education background. Having lived in the Adelaide Hills for over 20 years he is excited to offer a range of podiatry services to the local community.
Service Overview
A Podiatrist is trained to assess, diagnose and treat foot and lower limb problems. Brendan provides a wide range of general podiatry services including:
- Diabetes foot assessments
- Management of nail and skin problems
- Assessment and management of foot, ankle and lower leg pain
- Biomechanical assessments
- Orthotics
- Footwear advice
- Paediatric foot assessments
Podiatrists play an important role in monitoring and managing lower limb problems to maintain an active and mobile lifestyle throughout all ages of life. Therefore patients who may benefit from a podiatry assessment can be diverse, ranging from monitoring children’s growth and development, managing foot pain and biomechanical problems, assisting people with chronic disease such as diabetes or those with a disability and the ageing population.
Brendan offers podiatry services to all ages from children to older adults.
Fees & Rebates
- Initial and regular consultation: $65
- Initial and regular concession appointment (pension or health care card holder): $55
- Medicare rebates are bulk billed for those with an eligible Enhanced Primary Care plan (Team Care Arrangement) from their GP.
- Private health rebates can be claimed depending on a patient’s level of cover – patients are encouraged to check if their extras cover includes podiatry.
- Department of Veteran Affairs Gold card holders with an active podiatry referral – no fee.
Referral Process
Brendan accepts referrals from health professionals and self-referrals directly from patients. For health professionals wishing to refer please use one of the following options:
- Write a referral letter
- Forward a copy of the patient’s Team Care Arrangement (including patients contact details)
